Operational support, assist leaders with daily operational task, performance tracking and goals

Cross functional rotation, rotate through various functions to gain comprehensive understanding of the business ecosystem

Strategic projects

Process observation, learn company operations procedure, culture and goals

Reporting and evaluation, prepare presentation, data analysis reports, evaluation for management

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor’s degree S1 fresh graduate or with max 1 or 2 years experience

Minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 (or equivalent)

Fluent in English both written and spoken for corporate reporting and client communication, fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage

Independent, detail, service and care oriented

Willing to work in shift if needed (16.00 – 24.00)

Preferably living in Tangerang
