As a Brewing Technician, you'll specialize in three key areas within our brewhouse operations —whether it’s Wort Production, Cellar & Fermentation or Beer Filtration. Your expertise will help us achieve our production targets efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure Safety&Health:Implementandadheretosafetyandhealthprotocolstomaintainasafeworkingenvironment.
- Drive Production Output :Achieveproductiongoalsintermsofquantityandquality.
- Maintain Equipment:Ensurehighreliabilityandavailabilityofproductionmachineryandsupportingequipment.
- Control Processes:Implementprocesscontrolstandardstooptimizeproductionefficiency.
- Manage Materials:Ensuretheavailabilityofproductionmaterials.
- Promote Cleanliness:Upholdcleanlinessandhygienestandardswithintheworkingenvironment.
- Educational Background:Bachelor’sdegreein
Food Technology,Microbiology,Biology,Chemical Engineeringorrelatedfields. - Experience:Preferably1yearofrelevantworkexperience,freshgraduatesarewelcome
- Language
Skills:
Proficiency in English. - Flexibility:Willingtoworkinshifts.
- Location: Willing to be based in Tangerang Brewery.
