You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of manufactured components, adhering strictly to technical specifications and production schedules. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced CNC operators to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to the production of critical components in a challenging industrial setting.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines according to production orders and blueprints.
- Perform routine checks and minor maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing instructions.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict quality and dimensional tolerances.
- Troubleshoot minor machine malfunctions and report any significant issues to the maintenance team.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or in a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand G-code/M-code.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers).
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Vocational training or certification in CNC machining is highly desirable.
