Pattern Engineer - Footwear Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Engineer to manage and execute footwear pattern development, modification, and grading to support production readiness and mass production stability. This role is production-critical, requiring strong understanding of pattern accuracy, grading consistency, and manufacturing feedback integration.

• Make pattern changes and grading in the Production Preparation team.
• Support production readiness through accurate pattern updates.
• Communicate closely with ME (Manufacturing Engineering) on pattern-related topics.
• Follow up and apply pattern changes based on production and trial feedback.
• Support smooth handover from development to production.

• 5+ years of experience in footwear pattern work.
• Strong Procam skills for pattern modification and grading.
• Good understanding of grading rules and size scaling.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage pattern accuracy.
• Experience working with production or readiness teams is a plus.
