QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL ASSISTANT MANAGER ( TANGERANG )

Graduated bachelor's degree ( Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering )

Experienced the same field minimum 3 years in Manufacture Garment Industry

Technical knowledge of the products is a must.

Strong process understanding from IMQC to finish-good wear house.

Ready to work long hours if necessarily (No clock watchers)

Guide QC Department, to perform & maintain the quality processes

Involves on development of sewing technique

Involves on factory evaluation process from the customers or buyers

Provides regular quality report for management review

Anticipates the problem since incoming material up to finished garment, including the testing requirement
