Affiliate Specialist

We are opening an exciting opportunity for talented professionals to join our team, grow together with us, and make meaningful contributions as a Full-Time Affiliate Specialist in our company.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Specialist.
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in the personal care & home care industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of affiliate partnership schemes and collaboration models.
• Proficient in affiliate program analytics tools.
• Familiar with digital platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Shopee
  .
• Highly motivated to learn, creative, innovative, and results-oriented.

• Conduct listing, end-to-end recruitment, and follow-up of affiliators aligned with target market and brand value.
• Develop and implement affiliate and creator partnership programs based on company objectives.
• Monitor affiliator and creator performance in accordance with company standards.
• Analyze creator performance metrics (reach, engagement, and sales performance).
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with creators and affiliators.
• Prepare routine reports (Daily & Weekly Reports).
