1. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–4 tahun di bidang Affiliate Marketing / Influencer Marketing / Partnership, dengan minimal 1 tahun sebagai Supervisor / Leader.
2. Terbiasa mengelola platform affiliate seperti Tik Tok Affiliate, Shopee Affiliate, dan platform marketplace lainnya.
5. Memiliki kemampuan leadership, coaching, dan monitoring tim affiliate.
6. Mampu melakukan analisa data dan reporting (Excel dan dashboard menjadi nilai tambah).
7. Komunikatif, persuasif, dan memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dengan affiliate & creator.
