Responsibilities- Provide thorough and comprehensive nursing care in inpatient services in assigned sections/rooms in accordance with hospital service standards and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.
- Receive patients in accordance with service standards set by the Hospital.
- Conduct initial assessments of patients to determine nursing diagnoses, prioritize patient needs, and create nursing care plans, both independently and collaboratively.
- Conduct periodic reassessments based on changes in condition to determine patient response and plan for further care and/or discharge.
- Analyze information from patient assessment data to plan nursing care and carry out nursing actions to anticipate and prevent worsening of the patient’s condition.
- Ensure the availability and completeness of equipment and medicines needed and accompany the doctor during examinations to ensure a smooth process.
- Carry out comprehensive educational activities for patients and their families/companions to support healing and recovery.
- Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of actions and report developments in the patient’s condition to the doctor.
- Maintain complete documentation before, during, and after treatment to serve as a reference for disease history, subsequent treatment, and patient visit statistics.
- Collect required data and/or create reports related to operational activities for analysis by superiors or related parties.
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, data collection, documentation, and reporting to support hospital-wide indicators and department/unit targets.
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- Have a minimum of 6 months of clinical experience in an inpatient area.
