Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan minimal S1 Profesi Ners.
Memiliki STR Perawat yang aktif minimal 1 tahun ke depan.
Memiliki kompetensi mengenai ilmu keperawatan dengan baik.
Memiliki sikap disiplin, jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja di dalam tim maupun individu.
Mampu berkomunikasi efektif dengan baik, dapat bekerja dengan cepat dan teliti.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shifting.
Bersedia penempatan kerja di Gading Serpong dan Bisnis Unit lain.
