EMC_TG – Ward Nurse

• Provide nursing care and assistance to patients in the inpatient ward.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and vital signs regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments according to medical instructions.
• Assist physicians in examinations and medical procedures.
• Document patients’ conditions, nursing care, and medical interventions accurately.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medication, and discharge care.
• Minimum education:
  
  Bachelor of Nursing (Ners Profession)
• Valid and active Registration Certificate (STR)
• Holds BTCLS certification and other relevant skill certifications
• Willing to work in shifts
• Able to work well in a team, honest, and responsible
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
