QHSE Manager - Manufacture

Client Details:
Precision engineering and manufacturing company

• Lead and manage the implementation of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) systems within the company.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company regulations.
• Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems, Environmental Management Systems, and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external parties related to certification and compliance.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, and direct the QHSE team.
• Prepare reports and provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate and support continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives.
• Willing to travel for business purposes when required.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Metallurgy.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 10 years of experience as a Management Representative ISO, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Health, Safety, and Environment, or related fields in Manufacture or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949.
• Certified Lead Auditor for ISO standards.
• Holds General K3 Certification (Ahli K3 Umum Kemnaker).
• Extensive experience in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems.
• Proficient in quality management methods and continuous improvement/Kaizen.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Willing to be based in Tangerang.
