Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Manage the Change Control process for changes related to raw materials, processes, specifications, methods, and documentation. Lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), including root cause investigations and effectiveness verification.
• Handle process deviations, customer complaints, and non-conformance cases, ensuring timely resolution and preventive actions.
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits while ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
• Collaborate with QC, Production, Product Development, Procurement, and HES to maintain and continuously improve quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage.
• Experience in Change Control, CAPA, Traceability System, and Non-Conformance Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be based in Tangerang.
