Mandarin Speaker Supply Chain Manager - Trading C-133653

Our client is an Multinational Trading Company. Currently, they are looking for
Mandarin Speaker Supply Chain Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional quality management strategies

Lead annual quality improvement initiatives with selected suppliers

Monitor and manage digital KPI dashboards to track quality performance

Establish and share lessons learned and best practices across regional teams and suppliers

Plan and coordinate quality management training programs with internal teams and external providers

Lead supplier performance reviews through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and 8D review meetings

Strengthen quality management capabilities through coaching, knowledge sharing, and structured training

Report quality performance, improvement progress, and key issues to management and stakeholders

Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements:

High Conversational Mandarin and Conversational English proficiency (ability to communicate effectively with expats)

Minimum 7 years of experience as Supply Chain Management, experienced in Quality Management in manufacturing or packaging industry, knowledge of quality improvement, KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, and 8D problem solving

Experienced in managing quality teams and familiar with IQC, IPQC, and FQC processes, proven experience in NPI verification using PPAP and/or APQP methodologies

Own ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent

Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
