- Manage and analyze customer complaints to identify recurring issues, patterns, and key quality learnings.
- Manage retained samples to support complaint investigation, product monitoring, and quality evaluation.
- Translate historical quality issues and previous learnings into clear preventive actions and risk considerations.
- Participate in NPD discussions and risk assessments to ensure past issues are not repeated in new products or processes.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Quality teams to strengthen the closed-loop learning from customer feedback to future product quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Technology, Quality Management, or related fields
. - Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Customer Quality, Quality Engineering, Complaint Handling, Product Quality, R&D Quality, Product Development, or Manufacturing Quality.
- Familiarity with RCA, FMEA, Risk Assessment, CAPA, Complaint Investigation, or NPD processes
. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying quality patterns, root causes, and preventive actions
. - Able to connect historical quality issues and customer feedback into actionable recommendations for future products and processes.
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Quality teams
. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage quality information and documentation systematically.
