Quality Control Specialist - Product Inspection

Our client, a prominent player in the industrial manufacturing sector, is actively seeking a skilled and results‑oriented Quality Control Manager to lead their quality assurance initiatives at the Depok, West Java facility. This crucial position involves establishing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality control systems to guarantee that all products meet stringent internal and external standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a culture of quality throughout the organization, from raw material inspection to final product release.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee all quality control activities, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
• Establish and monitor key quality performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) as needed.
• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications.
