Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in any major, Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Possess a broad professional network
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of research and innovation ecosystem
• Ability to work in accordance with research and innovation procedures
• Proficient in using Mendeley, NVivo 12, SPSS, Anova, and Smartpls Software

• Encourage and facilitate UMN lecturers in conducting research and innovation activities.
• Provide support and guidance to lecturers throughout the research and innovation process.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to support research and innovation initiatives.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen collaboration with external partners to support research and innovation activities.
• Facilitate partnerships and collaborative projects related to research and innovation.
