• Ensure smooth store operations through effective facility management and maintenance.
• Handle procurement and purchasing for store needs with efficiency and compliance.
• Manage logistics, transportation, and vendor coordination to support daily activities.
• Act as liaison with government and external parties for permits and compliance.
• Support cross‑departmental activities and provide general administrative assistance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in General Affairs (preferably in retail or service industry).
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Independent, detail‑oriented, and proactive personality.
• Willing to work with shifting schedule following mall operation hours.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on operational needs.
• Willing to be placed at AEON Store Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
