- Handle and monitor repeat orders from existing customers
- Follow up customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Conduct regular stock opname and ensure stock accuracy between system and physical inventory
- Monitor product availability and report any stock discrepancies
- Maintain and manage relationships with affiliates
- Monitor affiliate performance and ongoing campaigns
- Support content creation by taking product photos and videos
- Assist with daily ecommerce operations and related tasks
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in ecommerce operations or related roles is preferred
- Familiar with ecommerce platforms and basic inventory management
- Detail-oriented and able to work accurately with stock data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with taking product photos and videos
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment
