Visual Merchandising Floral Design

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal VM concepts and botanical campaign themes.
• Create and implement VM guidelines for product launches and promotions.
• Ensure consistent and impactful plant & floral displays across all stores.
• Monitor plant freshness and coordinate display rotation strategies.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate VM execution and compliance.
• Collaborate with merchandising & marketing teams to maximize sales impact.
• Lead VM setup for new store openings (including prop & landscape styling).
• Provide monthly VM performance reports and improvement recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of seasonal floral trends and live plant display standards.
• Experienced in developing VM guidelines, planograms, and floor plans.
• Creative with strong attention to detail and botanical styling sense.
• Able to analyze sales data and translate it into effective display strategies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct frequent store visits.
