Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Store Managers and operational teams across all stores within the district.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets, transactions, margins, shrinkage, and inventory days.
- Monitor store performance through regular visits and analysis of operational reports.
- Ensure the implementation of SOPs, service standards, and stock control procedures across all stores.
- Control operational costs and store productivity in line with the company’s budget.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR teams to support district operations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a District/Area Manager (Retail Groceries is a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Comfortable with data and financial reports.
- Willing to be placed around Jakarta & Tangerang.
