Responsibilities
Review, approve, and coordinate store replenishment requests with the Inventory and Purchasing teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and discount programs to drive offline store performance.
Determine product assortment and store display strategies in accordance with visual merchandising standards and inventory availability.
Supervise and support the operations of multiple retail and consignment stores to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Monitor store performance, sales targets, and operational KPIs, and implement action plans to improve business results.
Lead the planning and execution of sales events, including team briefing, operational coordination, and post-event evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Marketing, E-commerce, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and HR, to ensure smooth retail operations.
Analyze sales performance and prepare regular business reports, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Oversee store maintenance, renovations, and facility improvements to maintain brand standards.
Develop, implement, and evaluate training and coaching programs for store teams in collaboration with the HR Department.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and operational compliance across all assigned stores.
Identify, investigate, and report operational issues, policy violations, and potential fraud while ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising standards and deliver an excellent customer experience across all stores.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor operational excellence, team performance, and customer service quality.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Regional Manager, Area Manager, Retail Operations Manager, or similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Experience in the footwear, fashion, or lifestyle retail industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing multiple retail stores and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales performance management.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Willing to travel frequently to oversee multiple store locations.
- Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent decision-making skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong passion for retail operations and business growth.
