- Memberikan informasi mengenai produk dan layanan FIT HUB
- Menangani dan menyelesaikan keluhan ataupun pertanyaan dari member
- Melakukan follow up kepada member yang akan & sudah bergabung
- Memastikan tercapainya target sales bulanan untuk renewal (perpanjangan) membership
- Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Service minimal 1 tahun
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam pencapaian target sales bulanan akan lebih disukai
- Bersedia ditempatkan di cabang FIT HUB yang telah ditentukan
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di industri gym akan lebih disukai
- Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan & memiliki tanggung jawab yang tinggi
