PositionKey Account Manager
Job Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management for Modern Trade (hypermarket and/or supermarket channels), preferably in FMCG or beauty/personal care
- Proven success in managing and growing key accounts such as Hypermart, Transmart, Alfamart, Indomaret, Lotte Mart, Giant
, etc. - Strong negotiation and account development skills
- Experience in managing trade term agreements, product listings, promo planning, and in‑store merchandising
- In‑depth understanding of retail operations
, category management
, and offline shopper behavior - Strong analytical skills
: ability to track sales performance, evaluate ROI, and suggest strategic improvements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
, with a track record of effective cross‑functional collaboration - Willingness to travel and conduct store visits regularly
- High initiative, strategic thinking, and result‑driven mindset
- Key Account Management
:
Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with hypermarket and supermarket chains - Business Development
:
Expand brand presence and boost sales performance across retail networks - Promotional Strategy
:
Plan and execute impactful national/regional promotions, in‑store activations, and visibility campaigns - Sales Forecasting & Inventory
:
Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure accurate forecasting and stock availability - Joint Business Planning (JBP):
Develop yearly business plans with retail partners aligned to both sales and marketing strategies - Budget Management
:
Manage trade spending, promotional budgets, and track cost efficiency - Performance Monitoring
:
Analyze sales data, promotion effectiveness, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities - Team Collaboration
:
Work hand‑in‑hand with Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Distribution teams to align goals and execution - New Product Launches
:
Ensure successful rollout and high visibility of new SKUs across physical stores - Retail Execution
:
Oversee product placement, shelf health, and promotional compliance during store visits
