We are a digital health therapeutics company operating across SEA, focused on the intersection of mental health and physical chronic diseases. We combine behavioural science, psychology, data science and digital design to help companies, healthcare providers, and ultimately, people in achieving a healthier lifestyle.

We are looking for a Career Coach to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Coaching team, you will be part of our mission to improve our consumers’ mental and physical health via behaviour science, data science, and digital design.

• A degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields;
• (Preferably) a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Counseling, or Coaching Psychology;
• Certification in Coaching (e.g., ICF, EMCC, CHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage;
• Valid HIMPSI membership and/or relevant local or international coaching credentials;
• At least 2 years of experience working with adult clients from various professional backgrounds (e.g., employees, mid-level managers, entrepreneurs);
• Experience supporting clients in areas such as career transitions, leadership development, workplace performance, and personal growth;
• Interest in the application of digital tools and technology for coaching and client engagement;
• Passionate or willing to learn about organizational psychology, coaching frameworks (e.g., GROW model), and interdisciplinary approaches to career and executive development.

• Provide support and care for the public, corporate clients and patients digitally
• Provide holistic mental and physical health support to our members with evidence-based medical and physical health ways to assist them towards making new behaviour changes and becoming their healthiest self
• Review daily progress of members and provide feedback to ensure that members stay on track in achieving their goal
• Work with other coaches from other specialities within Naluri to come up with the best customized plan that fits the members
