Senior Frontend Engineer

Our client, Invitario, is a European B2B SaaS company transforming how organizations engage stakeholders through virtual, hybrid, and live events. Their platform empowers marketers and event professionals with powerful automation, seamless data integration, and enterprise-grade performance.

As the company continues to scale its international team, Invitario is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to take ownership of frontend development, build a scalable and future-proof frontend foundation, and work closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will shape how the product looks, feels, and scales. You will translate product and design intent into frontend solutions while owning frontend architecture, technical decisions, and long-term maintainability.

This role is designed for a senior individual contributor who values autonomy, takes responsibility end-to-end, and enjoys building frontend systems that scale in a growing SaaS environment.

Build and maintain high-quality, responsive, and accessible frontend applications

Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into production-ready frontend implementations

Establish and own frontend architecture, tooling, and development workflows

Make frontend technical decisions and define integration patterns with backend services

Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices

Proactively identify and resolve frontend issues affecting usability, performance, or reliability

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams

5+ years of experience in frontend development

Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar)

Experience integrating and consuming REST APIs

Solid understanding of frontend architecture and scalability

Experience working on large-scale environments

Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience with
CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS)

Familiarity with SEO fundamentals

Experience with
SQL or PHP

Exposure to AI-assisted development tools

Understanding of modern UX/UI principles and design systems

Own and establish a scalable frontend foundation, including architecture, tooling, and workflows

Drive frontend delivery end-to-end
, from design interpretation to production-ready implementation

Make and defend frontend technical decisions with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability

Reduce workflow complexity and improve usability through thoughtful interface and interaction design

Set and uphold frontend quality standards
, including testing, code reviews, and performance best practices

Act as the frontend owner in cross-functional collaboration between teams
