• Provide expert input and feedback on firefighting and fire prevention protocols for the development of AI training models.
• Collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure accuracy and realism in AI-driven simulations.
• Review and validate fire emergency scenarios, response strategies, and preventative measures for training datasets.
• Communicate critical operational nuances in both written and verbal form to support model refinement.
• Identify gaps in current AI training content and recommend improvements based on real-world supervisory experience.
• Ensure content aligns with industry standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in periodic virtual meetings to review progress and share industry best practices.

• Proven experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers, leading teams in real-world scenarios.
• Deep understanding of fire suppression, rescue techniques, and preventative measures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for reviewing and developing training content.
• Ability to collaborate remotely and provide actionable feedback to technical and non-technical team members.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and providing input for AI/technology-driven projects.

• Experience contributing to training or instructional materials in firefighting or emergency services.
