Technical Lead, Software Development, Cloud Engineer - Software

• Lead and mentor software engineers across various experience levels
• Drive technical decisions and establish engineering best practices
• Review code and ensure high-quality software delivery
• Design and develop scalable applications and services
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and improve system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the engineering team

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5–10 years of software development experienceli>
• At least 2 years in a leadership, senior engineer, or technical lead capacity
• Strong expertise in one or more technologies such as Laravel, Golang, Python, or React
• Solid understanding of Software Architecture, System Design, RESTful APIs, and Microservices
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Dev Ops practices
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Strong communication skills and business-level English proficiency
