• Perform day‑to‑day customs clearance activities in accordance with KPIs, including preparation of required documents.
• Maintain contact and correspondence with consignees regarding incomplete or missing documents.
• Manage cargo clearance status and coordinate with product operations regarding delivery of goods.
• Inform customs clearance progress, status, and any special requirements to consignees.
• Continuously inform superiors and functional units of occurrences within the area of responsibility.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate timestamp history on Cargowise

• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Business Continuity Management Systems procedures and regulations; participate in their programs.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Adequate computer literacy and proficiency.
• All technical competencies and skills required for the position.
• Clean criminal record and adherence to ethical standards.
