We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and linguistically proficient Logistics Arranger & Customer Service Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will be the "nerve center" of our shipments, ensuring that cargo moves smoothly from point A to point B while keeping our clients informed every step of the way.

The ideal candidate possesses a mix of operational discipline and elite communication skills, capable of handling complex documentation and international stakeholder coordination with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Operations: Manage and monitor cargo shipment operations from origin to final destination, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Proactive Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and proactive status updates to ensure transparency.
  • Documentation Management: Meticulously verify and manage shipping documents (including BL, AWB, etc.) to ensure 100% accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Priority Management: Efficiently organize and prioritize dynamic tasks to prevent delays and maintain operational flow.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain orderly digital and physical archives; ensure all shipment data is accurately entered into our internal systems.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise between internal departments and external partners to resolve bottlenecks and optimize delivery schedules.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics industry OR Fresh Graduate with a degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
  • Language

    Skills:

    Mandatory C1 English Proficiency (Advanced/Professional level) in both verbal and written communication.
  • Communication: Exceptional email etiquette and negotiation skills.
  • Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented, systematic thinker, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Plus Points)
  • Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation (AWB, BL, COO).
  • Experience operating ERP systems.
