Responsibilities
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
Maintain accurate records and prepare related reports.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import or logistics operations.
Understand export-import documentation, including PIB, PEB, customs clearance, and shipping documents.
Fluency in English is a must.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
