Customer Service Air Export (Temporary for Maternity Leave)

Handle and coordinate air freight export shipments from booking to flight departure.

Prepare and check export documents, including SI, MAWB/HAWB, Invoice, Packing List, PEB, and COO.

Prepare and process PEB and customs clearance through CEISA.

Coordinate shipment arrangements with customers, airlines, warehouse/ground handling, and related parties.

Handle DG shipments and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and airline requirements.

Monitor shipment status, flight schedules, documentation, and resolve operational issues.

Prepare and provide competitive freight quotations in coordination with airlines/GSSA.

Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry.

Strong understanding of air freight export processes, export documentation, Customs procedures, and CEISA.

Experienced in Cargo Wise or other freight forwarding systems; knowledge of DG/IATA DGR is an advantage.

Good English communication skills and strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team, including overtime or shift arrangements when required.

Willing to work under a temporary 3-month contract as maternity leave replacement.
