Responsibilities
- Operate the WMS for inbound, outbound, return and inventory control activities in a B2C e-commerce warehouse environment.
- Execute receiving, putaway, quality checks, picking, packing, shipping and return processes in accordance with WMS flows and SOPs.
- Ensure accurate transaction recording and maintain data accuracy within the system.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts and process stock adjustments in the WMS.
- Oversee activities including wave planning, sorting, checking, packing, handover, movement, replenishment, inventory transfer, and handling lost and damaged stock.
- Identify and report operational or system issues to senior team members.
- Support daily operational improvement initiatives to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Have a minimum of 2–3 years experience operating Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in a B2C e-commerce warehouse environment.
- Have a strong understanding of inbound, outbound, return and inventory processes.
