Job DescriptionYou will join our Warehouse & Logistics team, a critical function that ensures the smooth flow of materials and finished goods across our manufacturing operations. This team plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing storage systems, and supporting on‑time production and distribution.

Get to Know the RoleAs an Assistant Manager Warehouse, you will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations while driving process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and safety.
What you'll do?- Support end‑to‑end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through effective monitoring and stock management systems (FIFO/FEFO).
- Supervise and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational targets.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with Production, PPIC, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare operational reports and analyze warehouse performance metrics.
- Assist in developing warehouse strategies aligned with company operational goals.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure proper documentation and administration of warehouse activities.
- Lead cycle counts and stock audits to maintain high accuracy.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of warehouse systems and digitalization initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational data.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS is a plus).
