Requirements
- Operate the WMS for Inbound and Return processes in a B2C e-commerce warehouse.
- Execute receiving, putaway, quality check, and return activities in accordance with WMS flow and SOP.
- Ensure accurate transaction recording in WMS.
- Report system or operational issues to senior team members.
- Support daily operational improvement initiatives.
