Minimum Bachelor''s degree, Industrial Engineering preferred (other majors considered).
2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor, or minimum 2 years as a Senior Supervisor.
Experience managing a team of 40 or more people.
Understanding of warehouse processes: inbound, putaway, picking, and packing.
Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management System) or PDT.
Proficient in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUM).
Strong leadership, analytical skills, and effective communication.
Able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Owns a personal vehicle.
Willing to work night shifts until early morning, 5 working days / 2 days off.

Job Description

Lead and manage the night-shift warehouse team (40+ members) throughout the shift.
Make operational decisions related to night-time shipping.
Oversee inbound, putaway, picking, and packing processes to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate across teams and shifts to ensure operational targets are met.
Analyze and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
