Warehouse Administrator Mandarin Speaker

Handle inbound and outbound warehouse operations.

Receive, inspect, and organize goods.

Manage inventory and conduct regular stock counts.

Prepare packing and shipment of products.

Update warehouse records and inventory data.

Coordinate with logistics and other departments.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.

Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.

Familiar with inventory control, inbound/outbound, and stock opname.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in an e-commerce warehouse or Chinese company is a plus.
