• Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and motivate a remote team of warehouse associates to achieve performance targets.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
• Oversee inventory control, conducting regular cycle counts and audits to maintain accuracy.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency and space utilization.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports.

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role in logistics.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a remote team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and WMS software
  .
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
