Warehouse Manager, Distribution/ General Warehouse, Occupational Health & Safety
Kepala Gudang (Warehouse Head) responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and goods distribution.
Key responsibilities
Supervise all receiving, storage, and goods distribution activities
Organize and control stock and conduct periodic stock opname
Ensure goods are arranged neatly, safely, and according to FIFO/FEFO system
Arrange task division and work schedules for warehouse team
Ensure picking, packing, and delivery processes run on time
Control warehouse documents and administration
Monitor warehouse area condition and security
Create reports on stock, discrepancies, damage, and warehouse activities
Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Logistics departments
Maintain operational targets and warehouse efficiency
About you
Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Logistics, Management, or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in warehouse operations, with supervisor/leader experience as an advantage
Understanding of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, stock opname, and warehouse management
Able to use Microsoft Excel and warehouse systems/WMS
Good leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Able to manage and develop warehouse team
Willing to work with targets and shift systems if required
