About the Opportunity

Global Impact Group LLC, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned and Minority-Owned Small Business, is seeking qualified professionals to support Edgecombe County DSS through temporary staffing services. Employment is contingent upon successful contract award to our firm.

Key Responsibilities (varies by role)

Provide direct support to DSS programs, casework, and administrative functions.

Assist with client intake, eligibility determinations, and case management.

Deliver high-quality clerical and administrative support.

Maintain compliance with confidentiality, HIPAA, and DSS regulations.

Collaborate with DSS staff to ensure continuity of services.

Minimum Qualifications

Relevant education and/or certification for assigned position (e.g., BSW/MSW for Social Workers, experience with eligibility systems for Caseworkers).

Prior experience in social services, public assistance programs, or administrative roles preferred.

Ability to pass a criminal background check, employment reference verification, and drug screening.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
