- - Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems (MACPAC AS400,Microsoft Excel, Word doc, Teams, and outlook).
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- - Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand, resource availability, and inventory targets.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to accurately forecast future demand, enabling proactive planning.
- Assess the production capacity and constraints, making recommendations for capacity adjustments or process improvements as needed.
- Optimize inventory levels by balancing production schedules with stock levels, aiming to reduce carrying costs while meeting customer needs
