Pre-scaler (Pre-Scale)Position Title:

Shift: 1st shift 6a-2p
Base Pay Range$18.57/hr - $19.13/hr
Responsibilities- Be able to accurately scale and measure all ingredients (dry and liquid) using a variety of scales.
- Condense partial pallets of ingredients on a daily basis, moving pre-scaled ingredients and combining them into one pallet.
- Rotate to other pre-scale positions as needed.
- Compile ingredient orders for production items.
- Manually label bags or containers of ingredients for a production run.
- Stack pre-scaled ingredients on pallets, convenient to usage and shrink-wrap the pallet.
- Prepare containers or pallets and secure ingredients.
- Maintain a clean work area throughout shifts.
- Clean all utensils and scales at the end of the shift.
- Sweep and clean the pre-scale rooms at the end of the shift.
- Perform additional tasks as needed, including, but not limited to, cross training on other machines and/or in other areas.
