The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for implementing, measuring, and leading all supply chain supply processes associated with logistics in the facility. This position oversees the functions of receiving, distribution, and inventory management. Additionally, this role ensures the efficient operation of logistics processes to meet organizational needs. In addition, this position fosters the organization’s customer service image within the Materials Management logistics operation. Responsibilities for this role include managing logistics activities, optimizing inventory levels, and coordinating distribution efforts.

This role contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain within the facility.

Directs and coordinates daily activities of Materials Management staff to meet customer requirements and performance metrics.

• Utilizes materials system reports to optimize inventory and replenishment levels.
• Oversees the accuracy and completeness of the supply picking process.
• Ensures adherence to departmental procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and organized working environment.
• Participates in warehouse counts and inventories.
• Replenishes bin locations as needed.
• Manages day‑to‑day supply chain activities related to receiving, inventory management, and distribution.
• Ensures excellence in customer service by assigned staff to all customers.
• Manages logistics administrative functions related to staff and operations.
• Trains assigned personnel and provides leadership for staff development.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• 1 year experience in materials inventory control and/or distribution.
• Florida Bar or eligible for Florida Authorized House Counsel
