- Support construction operations through office-based coordination and documentation
- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to assist planning and execution
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, site activities, and safety compliance
- Communicate regularly with project managers, site supervisors, and vendors to ensure timely progress
- Assist with scheduling, procurement tracking, and material logistics
- Prepare reports, update project timelines, and support regulatory documentation
- Contribute to safety and quality assurance efforts through administrative oversight and internal audits
- Proven experience in industrial construction environments (Required)
- Understanding of construction techniques, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Background in water infrastructure
- Exposure to project coordination, compliance tracking, or construction documentation
