Chief Anesthesiologist Leadership Opportunity in Greater Tampa Bay! Envision Physician Services has a premier leadership opportunity for a qualified Anesthesiologist to join our team at Advent Health North Pinellas in Tarpon Springs, FL, as the Chief of Anesthesia.

Minimum experience of 3-5 years required, previous leadership experience preferred.

The Chief duties will include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling
• Staff development
• Assist with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attend recruiting events
• Liaison with hospital leaders
• Serve as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
• Participate in leadership and development activities
• Performance reviews
• Orientation and onboarding of new hires

Opportunity Highlights:

• $75K Start Date Bonus with a 3-year commitment
• ACT: 5 PHYs, 9 CRNAs
• Case mix:
  General, heavy Ortho, Thoracic, GYN, Spine, ENT and Vascular
• Home call with 1:5 rotation - call back rare
• Stable, well-respected group
• Must be trained and comfortable with ultrasound guided blocks
• Annual chief stipend
