OverviewPT Solutions works with Advent Health North Pinellas to provide rehabilitation therapy services to best serve patients in the area. Hospital/ClinicInformation
PT Solutions has partnered with Advent Health North Pinellas, a 160-bed facility and small community hospital. Primarily geriatric population. Joint Commission-certified for joint hip and knee programs and holds a primary stroke certification. The hospital comprises 5 floors, including 1 critical care unit and 1 step-down unit. This is an all-acute care hospital.
PRN Shift/Hour Requirements2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday.
Your Responsibilities As An Acute Care Occupational Therapist Assistant- Prepare equipment for treatment and assist an Occupational Therapist with rehabilitative activities for patients
- Establish strong relationships with each patient to help them exceed their functional goals
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (e.g., physicians, case management, nurses, etc.)
- Graduate ACOTE approved occupational therapy assistant program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Basic Life Support certification
Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour
