• Competitive Pay:
  Pay between $12–$16 per hour (based on level of experience/ability, and availability)
  • Monthly incentive programs.
  • Access to benefits (vision, dental, disability, accident, etc).
  • A lucrative on-call program that pays a minimum guaranteed amount of $50 just for being on-call (on-call = available and ready to go if we need you) during a designated period of time. If you are called to work, you make above and beyond the guaranteed amount.
  • Early payroll access: you have access to your earned wages prior to pay day.
  • Paid mileage.

• Homemaker & Companion Services:
  Companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, medication reminders, transportation, etc.
• Personal Care Services:
  Bathing, feeding, toileting, transferring, etc.
• Proactive caregiving: anticipate client needs and make life easier without the client having to ask for everything.
• Attentive and compassionate, work with limited supervision, focusing on your client, not distractions.

• Level 2 Background Check.
• At least one year of work-related experience.
• Must be able to provide work references.
• For Personal Care clients: evidence of Home Health Aide training or current Florida CNA license or ability to pass Home Health Aide test (written & practical).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proof of residence in the United States.
• Current CPR card is required.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, & dependable vehicle.

Compensation: $12.00 – $16.00 per hour.

Home Helpers Home Care, is seeking a caring, compassionate Caregiver to provide service for a client in your local area. • Aiding with activities of daily living.
• Assisting with shopping, errands & transportation.
• Picking up prescriptions & assisting with telehealth visits.
