Description
Our West Coast Kids Children's Ministry Director is responsible for creating a safe and engaging, spirit-filled environment where our children are empowered and equipped to grow and express their faith and develop a deep love for Jesus Christ. This person will also get to play a crucial role in leading and inspiring a team who will nurture the spiritual growth and help to set a strong, biblically rooted foundation for our youngest community members.
Estimated 16 hours / week split between in person and remote.
- Genuinely enjoys children and being a role model, leading by example in body, mind and spirit
- Regularly pursues personal spiritual growth and models a Christ-centered life
- Exhibits patience, humility, emotional maturity and leadership accountability
- Possesses a passion for showing God's love to people and being an active, intentional member and important part of our church body
- Provides leadership, direction and vision
