RN Registered Nurse PCU Medical Nights

Join Advent Health as a RN Registered Nurse PCU Medical Nights. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to provide critical patient care in a night shift within the PCU.

This position requires a skilled RN to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, monitor responses, and provide education to patients and families. The candidate will also manage acute complications and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during night hours.

Sign on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified candidates.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
