Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician

ASP – America’s Swimming Pool Company is America’s premier swimming pool service company. We continue to grow and are seeking a solution-oriented and customer-focused Pool Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for providing excellent on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to each customer assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, adhering to established protocols, and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team.

The ideal candidate will love to work outdoors, be a self-starter, and possess the ability to work independently with minimal oversight. They will handle all matters with integrity and embrace the concept of delivering resort-quality service.

Responsibilities: Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
• Manage a stock of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool weekly.
• Utilize a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
• Spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.

Requirements: Requirements for this position include: (1) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; and (2) the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. No other specific experience is required as we will teach you the ASP methods designed to give our customers a great looking pool and maximize your earning potential; however, a high school diploma and Certified Pool Operator License are preferred.
