The company recently grew its revenue from approximately $5.7 million to over $7 million this year, with an aggressive growth plan to reach $10 million next year. Opportunity

This is a critical, full‑time, in‑person role for a professional who is committed to being an exceptional Prospector/Hunter. The position is vital to achieving aggressive sales growth and expanding the customer base. The company is motivated to fill the position quickly, aiming for a target start by January. The role requires managing a territory within a 60 to 75‑mile radius around Tarpon Springs, FL.

What

You Will Do

The core function is sales for fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems, along with other low‑voltage work. You will be expected to:

  • Meet sales goals and commitments.
  • Generate new business through personal contacts, general contractors, and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Manage a sales cycle typically ranging from one to six months.
  • Work with an average deal price from $15,000 to $275,000.
  • Write proposals and work closely with technical and operations teams to prepare accurate quotes.
  • Manage accounts targeting medium‑sized businesses such as assisted living, multifamily homes, healthcare facilities, and hotels under four stories tall.

  • A recent college degree (with an above‑average GPA), who has completed marketing or business courses.
  • Sales experience in medium to high‑dollar capital equipment sales.
  • A track record of hard work that produced real results.
